Intentional tattooing with a focus on nature, symbolism and timeless design.

I created Ember in 2022 with the intention of bringing fine art and body art together, hoping to change the narrative around tattooing in Northwest Arkansas. Not only did I want to create a space that felt welcoming and refined, but I wanted to be apart of creating a community rich in quality art, intention and showcasing different artist styles under one roof.

My goal is to inspire the creative spark in each of us and to emphasize the importance of intention and connection.

My desires are to facilitate continuing art education, positively impact the local tattoo community, expand the artistic network from artist to client, and to bridge the gap between art and tattooing.

On a personal level, art has been impacting me from a young age and it was always easy for me to fall in love with artistic endeavors; guitar playing, poetry, painting, illustration, craft shows, writing, and eventually tattooing.

Ive been tattooing since 2019, and I have loved it ever since. Not only do I enjoy the freedom and creative process of being a tattooer but I love all the people I get to work with in my chair. I set out wanting to help others through this field, but I soon realized how much my clients actually had helped me unknowingly. Because of this, I realized how important this process is and how important connection is within our community through the relationships we make with one another. Every person I meet has a story, their own unique gifts, and each person leaves an impact on me, inspiring me on levels that go past the artistry. I see the tattoo process as an intentional exchange, and I see the impact art makes in our daily lives.

Im happy to be apart of your story, and i’m glad you’ll be apart of mine.

Send an inquiry

Feel free to reach out through this contact form and be sure to include your idea/concept, placement and if you prefer color or black and grey. Please also include why this concept is meaningful to you. This is only an inquiry and does not guarantee an appointment. You will receive an email within 3-5 days only if I feel I am a good fit for your project. Clients with most interesting ideas and allow most creative freedom will be considered. The more creative freedom you allow, the more likely I am to accept your project!

Booking information

My books are currently open and I am actively booking new projects for the months of November and December. I’m currently prioritizing larger scale projects, florals, blackout and ornamental work, nature inspired pieces and designs with creative freedom.

Please feel free to send me an email if you are wanting to discuss a tattoo concept or project, I’m always happy to chat! If you’re looking for a tattoo that feels thoughtful and intentional, I'd love to work with you.

  • My prices are based off of the level of demand of my work, experience and quality. Currently at the moment, I have a flat day rate of $1500 for 7 hours. (10am-5pm)

I also offer half days at $750 for 3 hours.

I also accept AfterPay for those that want to make payments for their tattoo sessions.

  • In order to book an appointment with me, I require to schedule a free consultation first (over phone, email or in person) to discuss the project/concept. From there, we decide if I am the best artist for the project. I do not take on every project that is brought to me, I only take on concepts that are best suited for my artistic style and If I don’t feel best for the concept I will refer you to someone! If our visions align and we both decide to move forward in the booking process, I require a non-refundable deposit of $300. This deposit goes toward the tattoo and is taken off of the final appointment! If starting a large project, I ask that you book the first 3 sessions (at least 6 weeks apart). I work 4 days per week, Tuesday through Friday 10am-5pm.

  • I tend to lean toward a neotraditional “painterly” style. I love texture, color blends and gradients as well as subtle hints of realism tied into bold neotraditional linework. I enjoy both color and black and grey pieces and do not favor one over the other! I find most of my inspiration from nature and fantasy concepts and tend to take on projects that interest me most. I love to create depth and layers in my concepts as well as use a muted color palette and dark backgrounds to create a “moody” undertone. Because of this, I put a lot of thought into concepts and want my pieces to evoke emotion as well as provide a dynamic composition that catches the intrigue of the human eye.I also really enjoy storytelling and concept art and aim to push my style more into that realm as well.

I love to take on mostly large projects. When I take on a smaller single session projects they tend to take at least one full session (7 hours).

Lastly, I enjoy tattooing forearms, half sleeves, full sleeves, chest pieces, full back pieces, hands, feet, calves, half and full leg sleeves, torso pieces and would love to take on a full body suit.

Every artist’s process is different but for myself, I like to take on certain projects that I feel best suit my abilities and skill level as well as a high level of interest. If I enjoy the projects I do, I feel as though I do my best work; and not only do I feel fulfilled but my client does as well. If you’re interested in a custom design please fill out an inquiry form.
